Askura is a conversational survey platform operated by Edgent LLC. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and why. Each customer (tenant) is the controller of the survey data they gather; Askura processes it on their behalf.

What we collect

• Survey responses — the answers people give in a conversation, on behalf of the tenant that sent the survey.
• Delivery details — the phone number or link a survey was sent to, and delivery status (sent, delivered, opted out).
• Account data — the email and profile of people who build surveys in Askura.

How we use it

To deliver surveys, run the conversation, generate analysis for the tenant, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use respondent answers to train external models.

Messaging consent

SMS surveys honor STOP and HELP. Replying STOP ends messages immediately; replying HELP returns contact information. Standard message and data rates may apply.
